• We understand that this can be super frustrating for your team, but we have experienced an unusual and outstanding record number of applications this year. We are trying our best to expand our capacities to register more teams.

• If you’d like to join the waitlist, please let us know. Send an email to datafest@stat.uni-muenchen.de to let us know your interest to be on the waiting list. We will let you know by March 7th if we can host all the remaining teams in waiting list. 📝

Please note the following instructions:

• Submit your registration by filling in this registration form.

• The registration form must be filled by only one team member. 

• Please provide the information of each member of your team in the correspondent fields. 

• Please note that you can register a minimum of two and a maximum of 5 persons in each team. 

• Upload a brief motivation statement (150-200 words) to share how attending DataFest Germany 2025 will support the team members’ academic portfolio and career goals (only upload one statement per team!)

• Upload a reference letter from a faculty member or academic staff from your university supporting your participation (only upload one statement per team).

• Applications deadline: March 01, 2025.
